A-Level Results Day FAQs

Students can pick up A-Level exam results from Trafford College’s Altrincham Campus on Thursday 15th August from 10am to 2pm. Results are not available at our Stretford site.

What happens on A-Level Results Day?

Results are available to A-Level students from the Atrium in Altrincham Campus on Thursday 15th August. Remember your student ID card. Without it you’ll need to sign in at reception.

UCAS receives your A-level results directly and will update Track accordingly - typically at around 8am – but be patient, the system will be busy.

When is the College open from and until on results day?

Altrincham Campus is open from 10am until 2pm on A-Level Results Day.

Where can I find my results?

A paper copy will be available from a desk in the Atrium.

Can someone else pick my results up for me?

If you cannot come in yourself, you can nominate someone to come in on your behalf, but they must bring a letter signed by yourself naming them and bring identification that proves who they are e.g. passport, driving licence or bank statement alongside a letter.

Do I get an A-Level certificate?

A-Level certificates are delivered to the College in November. Contact your tutor for more information.

What happens if I don’t come in on results day?

You will receive your results through the post.

Careers advisors will be on hand to discuss your options on a drop-in basis at Altrincham Campus Student Services.
