Our in-house training covers short courses through to industry recognised qualifications. With the success of our current training offer, we are expanding our faciltiies to include a dedicated business centre at Stockport College, opening 2021.

Meet the Team

Helen Hamilton, Leadership and Management

Helen has delivered Leadership and Management training to global as well as local companies from Pepsico to Cartwrights, and comes highly recommended

Accredited by the Institute for Leadership and Management, and qualified to deliver course content and psychometric testing, Helen draws on over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service, Leadership Training and Management.

With a passion for helping others learn and apply the best ideas and techniques in order to make a genuine difference, Helen believes that you can only deliver excellence externally if you are delivering it internally.

This means not only having the right people within your business, but also helping leaders and managers understand their own strengths and weaknesses and how these might affect the people around them.

Reg Dyson, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)

Reg is a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, Mentor and Coach who specialises in the delivery of higher level professional procurement qualifications

MCIPS qualified, Reg has over 40 years of extensive experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Project Management and Education.

Over this time Reg has trained professionals across both a high profile and local client base that includes British Airways, Bentley, the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation, Salford University, University of West London and The National School of Government.

Reg is regarded as the ‘go to’ CIPS trainer which is a claim he is proud of and more than able to support having trained no fewer than 3 CIPS president award winners.

Rachel Darnley, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)

Rachel is MCIPD qualified, and with a Masters In Organisational Development she has over 28 years experience of teaching and assessing HR for both CIPD and Higher Education degrees.

Rachel is passionate about helping others understand the role of HR at all levels of the employee lifecycle and specifically enjoys helping to manage and support change that occurs in organisations. 

Rachel has trained HR professionals in high profile organisations across the public and private sector, including: Intu Trafford Centre; Trafford, Oldham and Manchester Councils; The NHS; GMP; Styles and Wood; Akzo Nobel; British Airways; and the Royal Bank of Scotland amongst others.

Antonio Fiata, Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)

Antonio has delivered AAT Accounting training (Levels 2 - 4) and Accounting for Higher Education for the past 25 years.  He draws on extensive real work practice and experience as the Financial Director of a small business as well as keeping up to date with the latest industry qualifications and developments.

Over the course of his career Antonio has worked with private and public sector companies across Trafford and the Greater Manchester area and is well known for enabling his course participants to achieve success rates well above the AAT worldwide benchmark.

Morag Girdwood, Marketing Planning and Digital Marketing

Morag is a qualified marketing professional with a career in marketing spanning 30 years. From leading the marketing and brand development of large multinational companies to supporting small business start-ups, Morag is able to share a broad range of marketing knowledge and experience to help staff that are either new to the area of marketing through or qualified professionals enhance their current skill set further.
