What you will Learn

This qualification is very in-depth. It requires you to complete 46 questions to meet all four units to achieve the qualification. You will be assigned a tutor who will be available to offer guidance and support through your learning journey.

Assessment

Unit 1 requires you to upload evidence to show that you have used core counselling skills to develop a helping relationship. For example, an occasion when you have supported a client, colleague etc.

Your first unit is expected to be submitted within the first 7 days

You need to aim to complete 8 questions per week to enable you to achieve within the timeframe.

If you wish to achieve this qualification earlier, you can submit all units ahead of the completion date.

Where you are asked to explain, describe or identify you need to submit detailed responses, not one-line answers, as these will not be accepted.

Progression

Progress to higher-level counselling courses, such as Level 3 or Level 4 Diplomas in Counselling.
Pursue a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
