This workshop is designed to help you to boost your energy, reduce stress and create calm.
Working with an experienced facilitator within a very supportive environment, you will
explore the following:
How and why your thoughts affect your wellbeing.
Why the foods we eat are so important.
How emotions can have a cause and effect on our health
In addition, you will learn how to set realistic and achievable goals.
Learn about the relaxation response and how it can help to bring about better Health and Wellbeing and how to develop skills to bring about personal change and increase your confidence levels.
