Adult course for someone looking to upskill or for a career change. Designed to work around the adult learner. Progressing from the level 2 certificate in hospitality.
Produce hot and cold desserts and puddings.
Produce biscuit, cakes and sponge products.
Produce fermented dough products.
The course allows candidates to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the catering and hospitality sector.
Level 2 full time course patisserie course.
This qualification can help you to progress in your career as a pastry chef and having a small business.
Continual assessment sumative.

19+ Learners may be eligible for a FREE course if they are:
Unemployed and in receipt of an income-based benefit (for example JSA, ESA or Universal Credit).
Studying a qualification below Level 3 and employed and earning less than £20,888.
Your eligibility for a free course will be assessed and confirmed at enrolment.
