Level 3 Diploma in Theatre, Special Effects, Hair and Media Make-up

The course provides a balance between the practical and theoretical aspects of Hair and Media Make-up Studies, where you will research and discuss a range of media looks, special effects and develop the advanced skills of a make-up artist.

During practical lessons you will take part in a range of demonstrations, workshops, discussion, and research activities presenting and communicating your ideas through practical work and a portfolio ‘look book’. Theory classes will involve developing your knowledge through discussion and answering questions in preparation for written examinations.
