Our award-winning Aspire Restaurant is open to the public for lunch from 12 noon on a Thursday and Friday, with an additional Thursday dining experience from 6.45pm.

Starters

Velouté style soup using the freshest of ingredients. Served with buttery croutons (v), (GF version available)

Avocado & crab tian, carpaccio of cucumber, lemon caviar (GF)
