Aspire is our very own à la carte restaurant, open to the public for lunch from 12 noon on a Thursday and Friday, with additional dining Thursday evening from 6.45pm

Our bespoke restaurant offers learners on our hospitality and catering courses the opportunity to showcase their talents in a real-life restaurant setting.

As such, Aspire offers customers a dining experience where everyone from our trainee chefs to waiting staff try just that little bit harder to impress — perhaps the reason why Aspire has awarded Highly Commended in the AA College Rosette Scheme and named one of Trafford's best places to eat. 

Every month we are bringing you a new mouth-watering menu, giving you the opportunity to explore your taste buds and discover delicacies which expand culinary consciousness.

Aspire is open to the public for lunch from 12 noon on a Thursday and Friday, with an additional Thursday dining experience from 6.45pm. We also host themed nights throughout the year. To find out more about any of our upcoming theme night, visit the events section.

  • Confit Chicken, Asian greens & sweet soy, steamed bao bun
  • Pork terrine, homemade piccalilli, toast
  • Roasted butternut squash, feta, walnuts & rocket, pomegranate dressing
  • Grilled mackerel, horseradish & beetroot, lemon oil


  • Roast breast of chicken, bubble & squeak, glazed carrot, honey and thyme
  • Slow cooked beef potato & sweed puree, cabbage & chestnuts
  • Ragout of wild mushrooms, braised leek, parsnip fondant
  • Fish of the day puy lentil & chorizo stew, hassleback potato

  • Steamed meat pudding, crushed garden peas & flat chips
