Hospitality Supervision & Leadership Level 3

Course Overview

This qualification will develop your knowledge, understanding and skills for leading a team and supervising operations in the hospitality industry. Specifically, you will learn how to set objectives and provide support for team members, develop working relationships with colleagues and lead a team to improve customer service. You will also learn how to contribute to the control of resources and maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment.

The VTCT Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership is a job ready qualification based on National Occupational Standards (NOS).

Course Requirements

5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including Maths and English at grade 4 / C, or an equivalent Level 3 Hospitality qualification.

Course Assessment

Assessment is continuous, with candidates undertaking practical observations, writing assignments while building a portfolio of written evidence to meet the requirements of the qualification.

This further education course is free for all 16–18 year old's who are resident in the UK and the European
Economic Area for the last 3 years. (You must be under 19 on 31st August in the calendar year that you start your course)
