This programme is for anyone who wants to fly the skies as part of a cabin crew. This Level 2 Diploma will prepare you for a career in the industry, giving you the broad range of knowledge, skills and expertise you’ll need for this demanding but exciting role.
As a member of the cabin crew, you will focus on how to make passengers feel comfortable on a plane and how to complete a range of regular service duties during each flight. You’ll also be introduced to the diverse nature of the role and learn all about the cabin crew tasks that you don’t normally see.
You’ll learn all about airline emergency procedures and health, safety and security policies, as well as focusing on the terminology you’ll need to know to be successful, including phonetics, international time, aircraft types, and airport abbreviations.
This is a professional vocational qualification, endorsed by many UK airlines preparing the learner for the role of air cabin crew. Therefore, strict entry requirements are applied to ensure student commitment in preparation for the role.

You will achieve the City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Air Cabin Crew. Examining/Validating body City and Guilds

All students will be required to purchase a uniform, which will cost around £110.00. Day visits will cost approximately £200.00. Other uniform items such as scarves, blouses and shoes may incur additional costs. Financial support may be available for students experiencing financial difficulties.
Exam fees will be payable for students who are 19 or over.
