Course Overview
This course will help you to develop both your skills and confidence in using British Sign Language.
As the weeks progress. you will learn how to use a range of signs and phrases around familiar social and work situations. This will include being able to sign numerical data, use clear hand signs and appropriate facial expressions.
By the end of the programme you will be able to watch and understand simple British Sign Language, ask and answer a range of questions as well as responding confidently to basic statements.

Ideally, learners should have undertaken an introductory to British Sign Language course.

Course Progression
Enrol onto further language or employment training. Staff will advise the most appropriate next step.
Course Assessment
Learners will be asked to deliver two short presentations.

£220.00. Learners may be exempt from fees if they in receipt of certain benefits or earning less than £18,050 per annum.
